Reservations

• Reservations are secured with payment at the time of booking.

• Room rates are based on double occupancy.

• Additional guests over two are $35 per person, per night.

• Room rates are subject to applicable Connecticut taxes.

• Continental breakfast is included.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be available by prior arrangement.

• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Policies

• Guests under age 12 require prior approval.

• Smoking, pets, cooking, and the use of hot plates or similar appliances are not permitted in guest rooms.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard reservations canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee.

• Reservations for high-demand University event weekends, including Move-In Weekend, Family Weekend, and Graduation, must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival to be eligible for a refund. These cancellations are also subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

• For cancellations made outside of the applicable cancellation period, we may be able to offer a refund in certain extenuating circumstances if we are able to re-rent the guest room. Any approved refund will be subject to the 5% cancellation fee.
