Reservations

• Reservations are secured with payment at time of reservation

• Room rates are for double occupancy

• Additional guest (over 2) is $35 per night

• Room rates are subject to Connecticut taxes

• Continental breakfast is available

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is 3 pm or by appointment

• Check-out is by 11 am

Other

• No guests under age 12 without prior approval.

• No smoking, no pets, no cooking or use of hot pots in Guest rooms

• A 50% refund is given for cancellations made 1 week prior to arrival, except on University event weekends (Move-in Weekend, Family Weekend, and Graduation) where cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior.

• Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances are fully refundable if we are able to re-rent the guest room, minus the Cancellation Fee.

• There is a minimum Cancelation Fee to cover our processing expense.

• Reservation deposits for Family Weekend and Graduation are not refundable.  These are prepaid in full and non-refundable.
